With a new addition coming we wanted to move into a bigger house as soon as possible! I didn’t want to be too tired! Before we move I wanted to come up with some ideas for our new home…mainly the nursery! Since finding the wonderful world of Pinterest I have been building my “baby fever” board! Every cute idea, piece of clothing and baby room inspiration goes there! Here are some ideas I have so far, I’m trying to keep it as neutral as possible but still fitting into the design of the rest of our home!
I recently bought one of these bad boys for our new addition. This has been on my "baby wish list" since before we started trying! The 5 settings it offers mimic actual movements parents make- no crazy fast swinging or random shaking! There is also an ipod hookup, reclining options and speed settings that make having this 1 product worth the hefty price tag...it is also worth all the other random baby machines we now DONT have to purchase. I cannot wait to put this to use! Now Im in search of a stroller...
Now that we know the gender of Baby M we get to start planning the nursery! We have always lived near the beach so I knew I had to do a nautical themed nursery. I love the calming effect that dark blues have and all the fun little items to make it come together. One thing I couldnt decide on was the type of rocker/recliner I wanted to do in the room. We are looking for something we both can use and feel relaxed in- I have yet to find a glider that is actually comfortable. Hopefully finding everything wont be too difficult living on a tiny island!
